Shipping Policy
We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit, or those that may be stolen after delivery. We will try to help you as much as we can if your package becomes lost after shipping but once its with USPS or UPS there is not much we can do on our end.
USPS Ground and Priority shipments are insured for up to $100 but if you feel like you need to purchase additional insurance please contact me after placing your order (but before the package ships). I can send you an invoice for additional insurance on the shipment.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. I print directly from your order page (I do not type in individual addresses) so if you put your address in wrong and it ships to an incorrect address then it will be sent back to us (or delivered to someone else!) If you package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can resend the package but there will be additional shipping costs as a new label will need to be printed.
